Terms and conditions

Payment:

Full payment needs to be made 24 hours prior to delivery of hot tub (we will send payment link/bank details).
£50 deposit will need made once the booking form has been completed (this will secure your booking).
The £50 deposit will remain as a security deposit and will be refunded after collection of the hot tub.

Hire arrangements:

We will contact you 24 hours prior to installation to arrange a mutual convenient time.
Installation of the hot tub will take approx. 30-45 minutes
The hot tub takes approx. 90-120 minutes to fill.
The hot tub takes approx. 8-12 hours to heat.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations within 7 days of the hire start date will not be refunded their deposit.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the hire start date will be charged half of the full hire price.

Accidents and injuries:

Customers use of the hot tub is at their own risk. WH Hot Tub Hire will not be liable for any accidents, injuries or deaths.

Safety instructions:

Please dress appropriately when using the hot tub - do not enter fully clothed or wearing shoes.
Only use plastic glasses in the hot tub - do not take sharp objects near the hot tub.
Do not smoke in the hot tub.
Do not sit on the walls of the hot tub as it may cause damage.
Please always leave the hot tub switched on at the mains to allow the heating system and filtration system to continue working.
Please do not enter the hot tub wearing fake tan/spray tan

Damage to your property:

WH Hot Tub Hire will not be responsible/liable for any damaged caused to any fixtures, fittings, grass or garden area (resulting from water/heat/weight of hot tub).

Lost or damaged hot tub:

You the customer are responsible for looking after the hot tub during the hire period - if the hot tub is lost or damaged you will be charged the cost to repair or replace the hot tub.

Base/site:

Electrical supply:

The spa needs a suitable electrical supply within 7 meters of the hot tub - if this is not available please sk for an extension cable to be brought.

Water supply:

All hire hot tubs are portable and only require a hose pipe to fill them up - if you want the hot tub to be warmer quicker you can fill it with hot water from your domestic supply (please ask for a tap adaptor).
